Precisely, I would like to avoid visual comparison between two S3D open windows, because the files are complexe, and I need to detect some differences in the parameters of particles controllers or gun controllers for example. And the files may contain dozens of such controllers...

You have to make your own; i am not aware of such thing freely available.
