Funny you mention feet-'cause when I walk I walk in a funny way where I have angle my right foot out 90 degrees and the left somewhere around 45 degrees this made it less painful walking. It was this and other thing that made the physiotherapist conclude that I had a misaligned or shifted pelvis.

Thank so much for your positive response.

I have never experience this before, where I'm in pain whatever I do or don't. Those times when I had Lumbago I could find positions where the pain was almost gone-Not here no

I got a mix of painkillers, however they only take around half to 2/3 of the pain.

Sometimes a back pain can be indicative of conditions unrelated to the spine or connecting bone structure; I am currently taking medications that can possibly have adverse effects on the kidneys and my doctor has advised me, if I should happen to notice back pain, previously not experienced, I should immediately seek medical attention since such pain could be an indicator of incipient kidney failure; also, I had suffered from chronic pancreatitis at one time and when I had gall bladder removal surgery to remedy a sever case of gall stones causing the pancreatitis, I noticed that a long (years long) chronic back pain I'd had also disappeared after the surgery; I mentioned this to my doctor and he said pancreatitis often presents as a sharp pain in the upper back; it sometime pays to go a little deeper than just dismissing a situation as "Oh, its just another little back pain"...

Got the result from the X-Ray earlier today.

I have Lumbar Compression Fracture between L3 and L4.

Can't be treated-As I've been told.

One of the thing I have to do is-Do as little as possible-Keep the daily activity as low as possible.

I also have to wear one of these clothes Woman used to wear under their dress earlier in our history. In Danish it's called Lændestøtte=Lumbar support

So it was not pelvis who had misaligned or shifted.

That sucks. Did they say whether it is a lasting or a temporary condition? I had to look up your issue by the term you used, there I read in most cases with injury as a cause it heals out after 8-12 weeks, but a bend in the back may remain, if caused by osteoporosis at least the pain gets less after some time. Did your doctors tell you anything?

Osteoporosis is mostly a women's issue, but men can get it, too, just not as often. Did you suffer an injury due to work, accident or sports, or is it osteoporosis-caused?

Gute Besserung anyway!

Free quack medical advice. My PT said you shouldn't alter your gait as it just causes different problems. That will be $500.00.
