How to uninstall a Windows update
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates . View update history.
On the list that appears, locate the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall next to it.

Icon13 Windows 11 & SH3

I followed everything propbeanie & Blackswan40 advised, but nothing worked correctly, and it didn't fixed all the problems with the Win11 install
Problems:
1. Oblong periscope view (fixed)

2. Full Screen: (not fixed) It fills most everything on the page, but it does not fill when I try the "maximize" button. (the button between the ( - & x ) in the top-right corner of my monitor screen.) Everything stays to the left of the screen.

3. I will try to get a good screenshot, edit my post, and post it accordingly.

Nothing fixed it!

the screen is to the left of my monitor about 1.75 0 inches, and about 3.25 inches to the right.

Before WIN11 install, it was even on both the sides of my monitor.
.......Maybe there is a setting on my monitor that I have missed.

I'll go look for my HP monitor model #, etc. & post my findings.

All the screenshots I took, did not show the true problem.
