It's called Sand Yellow. or Sandgelb. The number designation is RLM 79. Vallejo and AK Interactive make it. Tamiya has a version they call Yellow Brown. Vallejo and AK Interactive have Afrika Corps paint sets.

No ammo included in the parts.

However there is companies who makes extra parts to models.
