[TEC] SD Radar On/Off

Wondering if anyone knows how to make it so can switch SD radar on and off like in FOTRS? Want to implement this into TMO. I've attempted a few times but am missing something.

Apparently the team member who did this for FOTRS is MIA these days.

Really would like to get this implemented into TMO ASAP.

Hey BH, The member above is not MIA, they retired with full modding honours..
