Anyone else do this :hmm: good fun on them nice calm sunny days
Not that I play much, but I've always performed tests just after leaving port, especially now I'm running SH3Cmdr R2.6 which includes randomised malfunctions and effects of sabotage.

Yep another crash diver here as soon as i reach deeper waters - just to give a bit of realism to the game as i dont think doing a trim dive is needed. Another reason why i do a crash dive is i like to hear the crash dive das boot sound mod play

Ah, but one trip I discovered 'Our Hannes', the cook, had shifted a few cases of Becks to a different hidey hole and this showed up as soon as we dived.:rotfl: :rotfl:

Yes. Always. I have crew practice crash dives and time to depth. Also do deep dive tests to see how deep we can safely go.

Allways a crash dive and deep dive test as soon as I get into open water.
Usualy flack gun and deck gun tests (especialy since SH3Commander 2.6!!)
Also a flank speed test so I know how fast the crew can get her.
