Camera out of sector

For me .. hitting external camera and returning works to fix it every time it has happened to me thus far.

i just teleport to like the uzo works for me

It happens sometimes, mostly when you (re)load a game. Trick around is to go to other stations and teleport again. This resolves the issue.

In TWoS, this issue occurs when you use the TWoS addon Food in interiors and you have external cameras enabled. It is recommended do not use food interior with external cameras. So, if you want food in the interiors, play without the external camera.

nope i get it sometimes external cameras is disable with food interiors i get it if i load up a save without exiting the game
