Well, I think only one missile actually failed and that was the Typo, the others were deactivated/self-destructed in the sea deliberately.
Though the shooting down conspiracy theory may have a small grain of truth in it, didn't the US ship out a Tico to the sea of Japan especially for the Typo?
Though 45 seconds...how far up and out to sea d'ya think it could be in 45 seconds.... :hmm:
