Sil tga's for dark Rec Manual

I've just loaded them up and all of my recognition manual ships are now dark, except for the 7 ships you apparently did not have Sil_TGA's for. NDST Deep Sea Trawler, NECT Empire Celt Tanker, NLOL Cerramic Large Old Liner, NLUS_ Cunard Pass. Liner, NAMM Piro Ammunition Ship, NKIM_ Inshore Merchant and NTR3 Fast Transport.
