Hello. In the options menu, you changed text and voice to be English and still get Russian? Check out 4:42 in my Epic Mod install video to see what you need to change at the Options screen.

Working in English now.
Funny, all the versions I downloaded through the Sim website wouldn't give me audio in Engish. The link I followed from the download page for the game on steam did. The options at the bottom were even different.
