Trying to put a depth charge rack on the Hira and Atami gunboats so they are semi useful as coastal escorts/pc. Can't seem to make it work. Assume it is possible?

Torpedoes disguised as depth charge cans, with no speed on them... I cannot for the life of me remember who it was that did that... but you got credit for sinking the sub... He did some destructible buildings...
