take a look on the highlighted files then i guess (same "Layout" folder). "HUDButtons.dds" seems to be the buttons itself and the other files seem to be the button overlays.

also i'm just guessing those may be the files you are searching, but not 100% sure

[edit] i had a look in "menu_1024_768.ini", the files "Orders1.tga", "Orders2.tga" and "Orders3.tga" are linked to the game bar for sure.
