I plan to install some of the mod's I've found like GW's and maybe the NYGM...

So far the only mod's I've installed are some little ones, one that fixes the map texture so it looks more like paper, another that add's flags to the ID book to make that a little easier, just little stuff for now.

Looks like you have a promising career ahead of you.

I am on my 41st patrol and just left a convoy after sinking half of it while avoiding 3 Flower Corvettes and an Armed Trawler. Now I'm heading for my patrol grid. I have enjoyed every moment I play SH3. I've only had 3 dud patrols where I saw nothing.

Either that, or you were too close less than 300m, and the torps won't arm! The torpedo could also have hit on too great an angle (AOB too far away from 90), or it might have hit where the hull curves into the bottom.
