SH3 sub skin mods not working?

That's odd, I have a feeling it's an obvious issue causing this. Do you have any other mods installed in the MODS folder that you know work? could you post a mod list?

If you have other mods activated through JSGME that are working then we can eliminate installation errors or issues with JSGME.

Also, what version of SH3 are you playing on? do you have a steam install or is it from disk/another platform that you have the game?

Is Manos Environments working? it should look considerably different in game than the default weather.

You're playing off a disk which means you need to manually patch the game, make sure you have installed the latest patches, this could be affecting your mods. I play on Steam and all the mods work for me on the base install, people have had issues when trying to mod SH3 from the original disk and I believe the patching process can be complex.

As another user said post a screenshot of what you see in game.
