I can't really answer this because the two games are so different.
Wolfpack is excellent but modded SH3(4,5) is more fleshed out. Wolfpack, being MP, packs a whole lotta fun with friends. Save up and get both. |

Get sh3 first, since it has lots of content and mods already. Save money, and get Wolfpack after, it's getting increasingly better as development progresses

I would start by SH3. You may get it at 5€. Wolfpack is a good game but lacking content at the moment, save for it while you enjoy SH3
