haha, when I first played and was playing stock my prop got blown off and maybe rudder too in Manila bay. All I could do was sit there and torp ships that came by. Once out of torps, surfaced and used guns until we died...

One solution, \Data\zones.cfg file.
Hunt for datablocks like; [Rudders] Category=Propulsion Multiplier=1.000000 Flotability=0.000000 HitPoints=10 Destructible=No Armor Level=-1 Critic Flotation=0.300000 Critical=Yes FloodingTime=60 CargoType=None [Propellers] Category=Propulsion Multiplier=1.000000 Flotability=0.000000 HitPoints=20 Destructible=Yes Armor Level=-1 Critic Flotation=0.300000 Critical=Yes FloodingTime=59.999996 CargoType=None Change the armor level to 1000, no more destroyed rudders or props. The "destructable" yes or no has no effect that I can see, if it says no it can still be destroyed. |
