 Those are my video settings for the game. If you meant my computer video settings I'll get those too if I need to.\ EDIT: The bow wakes on ships are also like that.

 Maybe a complete uninstall and reinstall would be the best thing to do?

Yes I think a complete uninstall and reinstall would be the best thing to do.

The uninstall didn't work either. I set the graphics settings to the settings you guys recommended but it didn't work.
I didn't restart the game, just realized that. You need to restart the game for the graphical settings to kick in. I'll do that. EDIT: Nope still doesn't work. You guys got any ideas?
