So I need to do something with the crew folder or maybe you have a link to a fix?
Many thanks if you can help.

If you tell me where to upload without registering I can offer you the fix for gwx.

I think nygm uses the same pics.

Is this Anvart's Head 04 fix that corrects the triangles on the back of the head on one of the crew members.

http://www.mediafire.com/file/evs5vq.../Head4.7z/file

Readme :

October 29, 2006.
"Head04" mod corrects triangles of faces on sailor's neck.

- You may use this ship in non-commercial freeware mods for SH3, as long as proper credit is given.

Installation instructions:

If you're using the JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler:
Simply unrar the mod into the SilentHunterIII\MODS folder.
Then, run JSGME.exe and you should see the mod listed as an available mod.
Simply select it, then press the enable button and the mod will automatically install.
If you ever want to uninstall the mod, simply run JSGME.exe again and disable the mod.
This will return the game to its previous state.

If you're not using the JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler, first unrar the mod to the desktop.
Then, open the folder that's been created. Inside you'll see a data folder and a readme file.
Copy data folder to the SilentHunterIII folder. When you copy the files, Windows will ask you
if you want to overwrite files: click on yes for all files.

Successful hunting.
Anvart

If I recall, this is already part of NYGM.

This is the readme of what is a part of NYGM. Not sure it's the same thing as this thread.

October 17, 2006.
"HaloNotVisibleThroughBody" is simple mod. Now light halos are not visible through crew bodies.

John,

It is.

Not sure if GWX or WAC utilizes this fix. If you import other Crew files into NYGM there is a possibility that the fix is lost as the imported Head04 was not corrected.

My Crew file is a mishmash of heads, hats, uniforms and faces from other mods, so I keep this file fix handy if the triangle rears it ugly head ... pun is intended.

Good hunting,
FUBAR295

John,

The Halo through the body was another visual irritant that Anvart made a fix for. The halo was light shining through the body such as a lighthouse if it was in the background of a crew member. It is not the same mod.

Ok, thanks Fubar295. I don't think I've ever seen this other problem.
