No, i use cyanacrylate glue. This way cheese and cracker remain where they are and the plate never gets empty.

I likes Bleu Cheese a lot though I dont know of any particular cheese makers.

I do love a good beef burger on a bun with nothing more than melted Bleu Cheese on it. Also a favorite is french bread cut into half inch slices topped with an apple slice, bleu cheese and a dash of paprika. Baked until golden brown, mmmmmmm

Yeah I must have cheese on my burger too but it's always been regular cheddar... I must try it with blue cheese

I used to like "Kraft Cheddar", comes in a blue box down here in Australia.

I once ate a whole box with a carton of "Jatz" biscuits and was constipated for a week.

No fun

I typically use a sharp and quick knife. Get it done before anyone asks questions.

If crackers, i buy those former-Bahlsen-now-Lorenz ones, thin, crisp and slightly salted, with a bit of cream butter.
There are so many phantastic cheese varieties.. cheddar is good but so are hundreds of others. Not only dutch and french ones, but the simple italian grana padano, or corsican.

@big E: Kraft used to be a north american solo brand but is now an international company group together with Heinz, with lots of other companies belonging to it. They also produce "analogue" cheese (https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheese_analogue) square slices to melt on toast, maybe for the english market? Don't dare to eat that alone..

@furry E: This goat cheese sounds promising
I will never trade anything against chocolate though
