I changed the file unitsparts.upc (the one of the VIIC) in the game data folder, it changed the gun, but it doesn't work in any way

I have recently changed gun elevation, rotation speed and ammunition, it's in the cannon's sim files. There are other variables to change, so you may want to take a look.
