for me when I click on the scope with my mouse then rotate my scope lock on the a ship target and fire a torp then when I click my left mouse button again my mouse pointer pops up exactly in the same place back on my scope where I clicked when I wanted to rotate my scope you may need to reinstall sh3 and Gwx I know its a ball ache
but it will sort it

Here is a workaround by disabling on screen buttons, and only being able to fire with Ctrl Enter.
