Integrated Orders and Thomsen's?

Is there a way to have both Integrated Orders (as part of GWX Gold) and a sound mod that changes menu.cfg like Thomsen's for example? Having the integrated orders makes everything so much easier instead of having to press F1 and searching for the keyboard button to press in order to do a specific action. The Kiel auto-plotting works splendid as well, making navigation through the canal easier. But on the other hand I also want to install sound mods, especially Thomsen's since his sounds superb when listening to their files.
