it was taken out of RSRD mod as it was not considered historically accurate as in this post

not sure if there is any mod for it now

It is in the Stock SH4 install of the game. Maybe a mod removes it because the mod maker didn't think it was historically accurate - I don't know - but it is in the Stock game and in 'most' mods.
