How would you go about such a task. It's in a marsh. There's no way to float a barge around it and raise it up. Even then it can't go under the bridges. It would have to fly above them. You'd need a helicopter capable of raising how many tons?

Has such a thing ever been done before for any amount of money?

Good question. I'm sure there is a way, just a matter of money. Perhaps need to start a gofundme. A family friend owns a company that moves over sized items, industrial etc. Sent him a text few minutes ago inquiring.
