With Windows 7 you should not need to run in a compatibility mode, just make sure you have enabled administrators as this makes a big difference to your access rights.

Hello,

For the new harbour of Brest that I'm creating, I'm requesting permission to use LSH harbours stuff (trains, vehicles, buildings, etc.) !
