Right, here's a very rough work-around before an actual fix can be found:
1) Hit F12 to open the 'developer tools' panel 2) Go to the 'Emulation' tab 3) Switch the 'Document mode' from the default (7) to 10 (Edge probably works too) Issues: - Only affects the currently open tab - You need to keep the developer tools panel open (you can scale it down, though) - May or may not affect the functionality of other features on the site

I jusr upgraded to the newest flash version here, https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Maybe give that a shot?

I've been using that Flashplayer version since it came out and it didn't fix the problem, the blame lies squarely at Microsnot's front door.
