Just enable it via JSGME as usual. Im not the author of it, not sure who is, but it works perfectly. Its just like the one in GWX3.

Yes, the one on the attack map.
I tried using TMA to get a fix on a ships position with hydrophones, and it works. But I have to use the "sonar lines" to draw out the "plot" because I didn't have a reliable way to mark bearing on the nav map.

This may be exactly what I'm looking for.
