how do you order your officers (no.1, no1 2, etc)

thanks for the tips. SH3 cmdr is a godsend for this this task. I think I have a handle on this now.
I'm going to try some of your suggestions on quals for my officers and go from there.
does anyone assign quals to their sailors as well?

I have my officers ordered the way they are in Das Boot. I also use one of the mods that puts in "their" pictures.
