JSGME Problem; need help

This is to download the JSGME enabling device as uploaded from Sober.

This is the Blitzkrieg version. Blitzkrieg is a subsim member who has done much to help people get the most out of their respective sims.

The mods themselves are placed in the left part of JSGME and enabled to the right using the arrows. Changes are reversible as well. The Mega mods by contrast are not enabled or activated this way but instead are placed inside the game folder.
