Let's fix that problem you have.

System and configuration on your PC is more than enough to run the game. In XP 2002 sp3 should run without any problem.

What is the exact message that you get in loading screen?

Is it happening on fresh installation of the game or you already have installed some mods?

If it says "memory could not be read error" most of the time it's problem with installation, but may be some other thing. Let's find out.
