SH3 Commander does everything you ask for. I currently have a Type IX career out of Wilhelmshaven at the start of the war. I'm not sure about other ports, but when you stop at a milch kuh your time there is automatically one day.
Commander also has so many other great functions I'm surprised to find anyone who doesn't use it, and even more so to find someone who doesn't know about it. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=4789
