This was on my facebook feed. Apparently some of the guys and gals met this gentleman, Don Kremper. The picture tells the basic story. I don't know the full story on him.

If ever there was a person who understood service, It was this guy. They were called the " Greatest Generation " for good reason. These service men gave everything they had, risking everything and those that returned still kept giving of themselves.
