Central European time, same as Berlin or Paris.

If you mean when we change to daylight savings, it's on the 27th like the rest of Europe.

There is a growing move in California to opt out of the whole forward and back of the time changes. The supposed advantages to be gained haven't really panned out and recent studies have shown the shifts in time are more detrimental than effective...

Same here in Utah. We've been trying to get rid of it for years, but it hasn't happened yet.

I heard that the old USSR has 12 times zones

Hawaii is the only state in the US that doesn't have to change their clocks ... like never.
