Default Anyone still play DEFCON??

I have the non steam version and would LOVE to get a diplomacy game going.. I remember it being so much fun.. The non steam version seems dead.

Diplomacy in DEFCON

That translates into being very conservative with firing those nukes to the common enemy before firing everything at your former ally

Don't play it frequently, but there are times for the mandatory healthy dose of radiation Me, Raptor, Task Force, Oberon, Arclight and Red October launch(ed) it and the nukes that come with the game to one another.

Never team up with Raptor....that's for sure.

We only did that a few times, but damn it was fun. I'd do it again.

Teaming up with Raptor is fine, just reserve 75% of your nuclear arsenal for the sudden yet inevitable betrayal.

I thought ill-timed and poorly executed backstabbing was how one is supposed to DEFCON.

I am available if you want a game of Global Thermonuclear War. Can I reserve Europe now?

No you may not. The first official rule of reservation is that you must be in view of Europe to call it.
