It's really just an extended addition to what's already available with the SOAN. There is an unused category called "Other" that I'm putting this manual into, and keeping it separated from the ships categories. At the moment it's slow going because the entire PDF has to be put in manually and converted to the .ait format. Basically an identity has to be created for it as you would any ship.. i.e it's own folder in data\sea that's linked to data\Names.cfg & data SOANNames.cfg and the data\Roster\Names.cfg as well as the data\Roster\German\Sea\The Submarine Commander Handbook.cfg...and last but not least, data\Menu\Gui\Additional info sea images is what I remember offhand!

Once this manual is completed, people will be able to copy the structure to create whatever manuals they feel would be good reading on those long patrols including illustrations, photos etc. and just keep adding them with JSGME. At this stage I think that the manuals will be able to be added while away from the bunker as the entity created will never render as a 3D unit.

Looking forward, I hope to be able to eventually construct .dll files to allow for manuals to be independent of the SOAN and in a size and format more suitable for large page books. Any help or advice on .dll files will be very much appreciated
