1. Did you unzip it first? If the file name ends in .7z then it needs to be unpacked before it goes into the MODS folder.

2. Did you put it in the MODS folder?

Always read the mod documentation first

Installation:
Before installation you should remove early versions of mods: DFant_subFlag_2010.7z
and earlier.
...
Using JSGME:
Unpack GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010.7z file in MOD folder.
To attach to game as last mod.

As per Steves reply, unzip into your MODS folder.

thanks guys for replying. as for unzipping, it does not show the .7z so i assume i unzipped it right. and i did move it into the MODS folder of jsgme. Is there something (a stock file) i need to change or remove?

None that I can think of.

1. Unzip folder.

2. Place folder in MODS folder.

3. In JSGME screen move from left to right side to enable mod.
