You can't change files while 'in Game'.
If you could? Many great things would have been done already.
Best thing to do is use blank campaign files and maybe setup JSGME to swap your adjusted files real quick.

Exactly what I've always done. But not fast enough for my tast.

Hi Fahnenbohn,

exactly as Jeff wrote. If you change TGA files - where ever they may be - you MUST restart the game SH3. It's frustrating, but there is no chance to avoid this. Sorry - no way out.
