No need to type in all capital letters.On forums it is considered rude and to be yelling or shouting not to mention harder to read.So turn off the Caps Lock.

As for your question.I dont think that it is possible to increase the numbers of men in the boat...that is a hardcoded part of the game that cannot be changed without an SDK I believe.
