They have been ready to release for a couple of months now, but always keep delaying. I think they want to fix every possible bug between them (I think they 6 people right now?).

It saddens me to say this, but if they don't release this month, then I doubt they ever will, after all they have been delaying it since christmas 2013.

well, I have been following the development closely for nearly two years now and can tell you that the devs only argue on the german forums. There haven't been real news in months, apart from delays. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see this mod released, but I am beginning to think that sh6 will be released before the mod

Still, as you can see, I waited for this for a long time and even if it does not sound like it, I still have a little faith left.

I read the german forums and also follow he mod since 3 years now. First you can see what they are working on right now in the history here: http://www.lsh3.com/v5/index_en.html
And they are not delaying to split someone, they just want to bring out a mod without many bugs and so on, they want the mod to be perfect without any bugs at the release. And one of the important members is also sick at the moment so they have one less while developing in their free time.
