Like all fundys of all religion and stripes, they thrive on fear and uncertainty; it seems as if they would much rather prefer the rest of the populace center on their wild theories or "facts" rather than have the time to question the fundys own motivations or their take on their stated belief structures' lack of substance, logic, or veracity...
