Nah, Hotshot Pilots come in all nationalities.
 And there is a bit of Maverick in all of them!Find some tiny jerkwater country with old WW1 biplanes for an Air Force and I guarantee that the fighter pilots will be just as full of themselves as the best of the USAF.
