Yes, that is the file and unfortunately I can't think of anything else to suggest.

This and more "season mods" are already included in the "SH3_Cmdr_Mod_for CCoM" since yaers. And remember: the "SH3_Cmdr_Mod_for CCoM" counts some 400 MB.
