Hi!
I loaded it - it takes a while for JSGME to back up all the files being replaced and then copy all the new files over from the Mod folder. It's a pretty beefy mod, after all. Personally, I rename the SH3 folder in "My Documents" to something else - it keeps the old information, but SH3 still thinks it's a clean install and will write a new SH3 folder. Hope this helps.
