What a horrible judge. If he loses control of his court that easy, I don't want him involved in any trial.

Looked like a traffic court to me and the judge didn't care for some heinous speeder showing up with a lawyer instead of just pleading guilty and paying the fine. It makes the judges' life so much easier when the accused just rolls over and feeds the community chest.

I didn't see anything but, I heard an assault taking place.
I think the defendant could have gotten off cheaper by just paying the traffic fine. Now he'll get a bill from his lawyer and whatever hospital or grocery store he went to for the black eye.
