This speech to camera simply showed what a tool this bloke was. Shame people had to die to have this piece of muck feel better about himself

Which raises a couple of questions.
Should someone as clearly insane as this individual have been allowed access to firearms?
And how can the govt. agencies who are spending vast amounts of money and effort reading peoples online communications have missed this fruitcake?
