I'm stumped too, its weird. I also thought it might be win 8.1 but the software all runs fairly smoothly.
I'll do a manual input and rename the stock files. Get back on this, I am on night shifts now.

It must be your folderstructure that is incorrect. I enabled one of the 3 maps, while I had RFB 2.0+RSRDC (but the latter does nothing with the changed files), but also stock SH4 1.5. I get a changed colorscheme on the navigation map as it should look.
Show us a screenshot of the MODS folder tree in Explorer, with all subfolders folded out. Or you must have other mods that mixed up your system and it is looking for the wrong filenames. |
