As irish1958 has stated, black sky probs are caused by mismatched env files to scene.dat. I can't see how SH3Weather would cause this problem.
So... I dunno how you install your mods, but my bet is that you've installed conflicting sky/atmosphere mods at some point without appropriate housekeeping. |
