I signed up at the VA, maybe I won't bother paying for insurance anymore.

Why did you do that? If you have VA health coverage there is no reason to sign up for Obama care.
![]() If you do not have VA health coverage and need it then you should have applied for VA care instead. Seems a bit suspect that someone at the VA signed you up for the ACA when you can get VA which is just as good as the ACA not to mention that VA has been in effect for many years and actually works to some extent while the ACA is a big fat ? . http://www.va.gov/health/aca/ |

I meant I signed up for VA benefits not that ACA. The only reason I visited "that" site is to aid in the congestion.

Ah I see yeah VA is not perfect but it has real funding. While the ACA is still a big question mark and personally I feel that the majority who have signed up for the ACA are one of two brackets either they are low income and already receive medicaid or they are people that could not get insurance due to per-existing conditions.
I very highly doubt that very many people who are actually capable of fully paying into ACA have signed up.I also feel that regardless of political view point many people who are able to pay their rates in full will not sign up for the ACA of course they have the tax if you refuse but if enough people refuse that tax wont be enough to cover the rest and that will also signify that the majority of the population disagrees with the law. If you ask me that tax is an attempt to encourage(force) signing up for the ACA.at the end of the day ACA is unfair towards most middle class or the people on the fringe of poor but not poor enough to receive government benefits. |
