My brother was EOD it does turn out that way sometimes they where way over worked in Iraq.

The story about the lost lieutenant is very accurate, All of the new louies I met were lost. We always made it a point to instruct our newbs to salute a new LT while in the field.

One of them even started crying.

Yeah it is tough to be a fresh butter bar even if they have good potential at that point they have no experience and everyone knows it.Funny that they outrank an E-7,8,9 of course they also receive much less respect than an SNCO everyone knows who the real boss is.
