The correct answer to the question is that sea level varies depending on the level of one inebriation.

Many people think that when they observe an intoxicated person vomit it is because the body is attempting to get rid of the alcohol.In truth the vomiting is merely a method by which the brain can measure what the sea level is by measuring the time span between expulsion and contact with the ground.The more intoxicated a person becomes the more often they have to take a measurement.Sometimes it is necessary to get closer to the ground to acquire a more accurate measurement.
